Raastey ("we," "us," "our") operates raastey.co (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding that information. We are committed to handling personal data with precision, minimal footprint, and full transparency — consistent with the values that drive every Raastey product.

This policy applies to the Raastey corporate website only. Each Raastey venture (roono, NauticGrid, Factoura, and related ventures) operates under its own separate privacy policy. Accessing a venture via a link from this Site brings you under that venture's applicable terms.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

When you submit our contact form or email us at hello@raastey.co, we receive:

Name — to address you appropriately in our response
Email address — to send you a reply
Referral context — how you describe yourself (e.g., investor, founder)
Message content — what you write in the message field

We do not require account creation. We do not collect payment information. We do not store passwords.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting infrastructure may automatically receive standard technical information, which may include:

This information is collected by our hosting provider and is subject to their data processing terms. We do not operate proprietary analytics tracking on this Site beyond what the hosting provider collects in its standard access logs.

Service providers: We use Railway to host this Site and Resend (resend.com) to deliver contact form submissions to hello@raastey.co. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and only as needed to operate the service.
Legal compliance: We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal process, respond to claims, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Raastey, its operators, or the public.
Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as a business asset. You will be notified via a prominent notice on the Site prior to any transfer occurring.

5. Data Retention

Email correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was sent (typically the duration of our correspondence plus a reasonable follow-up window of up to 12 months), unless a longer retention period is required by law. After that period, we delete or anonymize the information.

Server access logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard retention schedule, typically not exceeding 90 days.
