Privacy Policy
1. Overview
Raastey ("we," "us," "our") operates raastey.co (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding that information. We are committed to handling personal data with precision, minimal footprint, and full transparency — consistent with the values that drive every Raastey product.
This policy applies to the Raastey corporate website only. Each Raastey venture (roono, NauticGrid, Factoura, and related ventures) operates under its own separate privacy policy. Accessing a venture via a link from this Site brings you under that venture's applicable terms.

This information is collected by our hosting provider and is subject to their data processing terms. We do not operate proprietary analytics tracking on this Site beyond what the hosting provider collects in its standard access logs.
2.3 Cookies
The Site does not set first-party tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies set are strictly functional in nature (e.g., session state) and are not used for cross-site tracking, behavioral profiling, or advertising targeting.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information collected solely to:
- Respond to your inquiry or message
- Evaluate partnership, investment, or collaboration opportunities you raise
- Improve the security and integrity of the Site

We do not sell, rent, trade, or license your personal information to any third party for commercial or marketing purposes. We do not use your information to build profiles, target advertising, or train machine learning models.
4. How We Share Information
We may share personal information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: We use Railway to host this Site and Resend (resend.com) to deliver contact form submissions to hello@raastey.co. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and only as needed to operate the service.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal process, respond to claims, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Raastey, its operators, or the public.
- Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as a business asset. You will be notified via a prominent notice on the Site prior to any transfer occurring.
5. Data Retention
Email correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was sent (typically the duration of our correspondence plus a reasonable follow-up window of up to 12 months), unless a longer retention period is required by law. After that period, we delete or anonymize the information.
Server access logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard retention schedule, typically not exceeding 90 days.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. These include HTTPS encryption on all communications with the Site, access controls limiting who can view submitted contact information, and use of established hosting infrastructure with industry-standard security practices.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.
