1. Ownership Statement

All intellectual property associated with Raastey and its ventures — including but not limited to brand identities, written content, visual design systems, source code, data structures, product methodologies, venture names, and domain properties — is the exclusive property of Raastey and/or its founders and affiliated operating entities. Ownership is protected under applicable United States federal law and international treaty obligations.

The following are registered or claimed proprietary assets of Raastey:

• Raastey — company name, wordmark, and all associated brand elements
• NauticGrid — venture name, brand, domain (nauticgrid.xyz), product design, data models, disruption index methodology, and all associated content
• roono (pronounced runo) — product brand, domain (roono.app), and associated content
• Factoura — venture name, brand, domain (factoura.xyz), product design, and all associated content
• The Swiss-grid visual design system, type hierarchy, and component architecture of this website
• All written copy, editorial content, and brand voice materials

2. Website Code License

The source code of the Raastey corporate website (raastey.co), including all Astro components, CSS design system, and TypeScript logic, is published as a reference implementation. This code is not open-source and no license is granted for its reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use.

Specifically, the following acts are prohibited without prior written authorization:

• Copying, cloning, or forking the codebase for any commercial or client-facing purpose
• Using the design system, component architecture, or visual language to build a competing or derivative product
• Republishing or redistributing any portion of the code under any open-source license
• Incorporating the code or design patterns into any product or service that generates revenue without a separate written license agreement

Personal study and non-commercial educational reference are permitted, provided that Raastey is credited and no reproduction of substantial portions occurs.

3. Written Content License

All written copy, brand positioning statements, venture descriptions, and editorial content on this Site are subject to All Rights Reserved copyright. No portion of the written content may be reproduced, distributed, republished, or used in training data for AI systems without express written permission from Raastey.

Press and media inquiries seeking to quote or reference Raastey content should contact hello@raastey.co for authorization. Attribution alone does not constitute authorization.

4. Brand Asset Usage

The Raastey wordmark, logomark (r monogram), venture logos, and associated brand assets are proprietary trademarks. You may not:

• Use any Raastey trademark in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written authorization
• Modify, distort, or create derivative versions of any Raastey trademark
• Use any Raastey trademark in domain names, social media handles, or business names
• Register any Raastey trademark or confusingly similar mark in any jurisdiction

Factual reference to Raastey in news articles, academic works, or professional commentary (e.g., "Raastey is a venture holding company...") does not require authorization, provided the reference is accurate and does not imply endorsement.

5. Data and Intelligence Content

Data, analysis, intelligence briefs, disruption scores, and news summaries published by NauticGrid, Factoura, roono, and related ventures are proprietary commercial products. All such content is:

• Protected by copyright as compiled works under 17 U.S.C. § 101
• Protected as trade secrets under the Defend Trade Secrets Act where applicable
• Subject to each venture's individual terms of service and access agreements

Unauthorized scraping, replication, or redistribution of data or intelligence content from any Raastey venture platform constitutes misappropriation of trade secrets and copyright infringement and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of applicable law.

6. AI Training Prohibition

All content published on raastey.co and all Raastey venture platforms is expressly excluded from use in training, fine-tuning, benchmarking, or evaluating any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or large language model system. This prohibition applies to:

• Web crawlers operated by AI companies or research institutions
• Dataset aggregators that compile web content for model training
• Any automated system that ingests Raastey content for purposes beyond rendering to a human end-user

This prohibition is asserted under the Terms of Service, copyright law, and the emerging principle of opt-out rights for AI training recognized in several jurisdictions. Violations will be treated as copyright infringement and/or breach of contract.

7. Open-Source Components Used

The Raastey website is built on Astro, an open-source web framework licensed under the MIT License. Fonts are sourced from Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License (OFL) and Apache License 2.0 where applicable. The use of these open-source components does not extend any open-source license to Raastey's own proprietary code or content.
